PROBLEM:
Mehran Sugar Mill’s existing system doesn’t have capability to export the power from the common bus. Further, the turbine existing control system was malfunction.
CHALLENGE:
Need to Export the power and fully automate the turbine with ComAp successfully.
SOLUTION:
R.A. Engineering has successfully control the turbines through ComAp System and within 1 week of effort by their experts. The solution includes: Designing of the Power Management, Supply and Commission the Synchronization and Export.
BACKGROUND:
Mehran Sugar Mill has its own power house with 4 numbers of Turbines onsisting of 2MW and 3MW. A plan came to export the excess power to the national Grid (WAPDA).
RESULT / ACHIEVEMENTS:
Mehran Sugar Mill, TandoAdam is now started getting revenue from (WAPDA) by exporting power right after few days of this successful commissioning of RA System.
